About
I am a musician and composer from Osijek, Croatia. I started when I was six, and apart from a few months of taking classical guitar lessons in high school, I have no formal or other musical training.
Though I have a law degree and further education in the IT field, music was always my biggest interest and true love, so for many years now, I’ve been struggling to make a living solely out of it, despite the hardship and insecurity this frequently brings along.
In 2010, I began to self-study music composition and production and outfit my personal studio. I’m striving to learn as much as I can and to develop as many skills as possible, so I can realize my musical ideas. I would also like to try my hand at music for film, TV, and other media in the future, if the opportunity arises.
Over the years, I’ve collaborated with artists and musicians from the region on various projects. From the beginning of 2012 until recently, I was also a member of a well-known Croatian cover band, Passage Band.
My musical interests range from music for a solo piano, through instrumental pieces with ambient, new age, jazz, and ethnic elements, to virtual orchestration. The piano is my primary instrument, though I use all types of keyboards as well as guitars in my work. Lately, I’m expanding my musical knowledge by learning to play some additional instruments, such as mandolin, tin whistle, recorder, and various hand percussion.
My activities in spare time include photography and fitness.
